NEWARK, N. nfl jerseys wholesale .J. -- This Linsanity stuff is contagious and spreading from New York. It was in New Jersey on Sunday night and mutated into Ersanity, as in Ersan Ilyasova. Ilyasova had career highs of 29 points and 25 rebounds, and the Milwaukee Bucks snapped a four-game losing streak with a 92-85 victory over New Jersey, spoiling the season debut of Nets centre Brook Lopez. The 25 rebounds tied the NBA single-game high this season set by Orlandos Dwight Howard in an overtime game against San Antonio on Jan 18. It was the first 25-25 game by a Buck since Swen Nater had 30 points and a franchise-record 33 rebounds against Atlanta on Dec. 19, 1976. "Its Ersanity, man," Bucks backup centre Jon Brockman said, referring to a Jeremy Lin-type performance that has made Knicks games a world-wide talking point in recent weeks. "Its Ersanity. He hasnt been doing that every night, but thats a special game." Brockman, who joined Milwaukee teammates in giving Ilyasova a standing ovation when the six-foot-10 forward from Turkey fouled out with 2:01 to play, then picked up a final box score off the floor in the Bucks locker-room. "He should frame this," Brockman said. The numbers were impressive. Ilyasova was 11 of 23 from the field, including two three-pointers, and grabbed 13 offensive rebounds in just over 36 minutes. "I feel great, not just for the individual performance, it was a team," Ilyasova said. "It was a great win for us. Its a huge win for us, especially after losing four in a row, We played much better as a team. We shared the ball and everybody put forward a hell of an effort to win the game." Ilyasovas biggest play came after the Nets cut a 16-point, fourth-quarter deficit to 76-69. Brandon Jennings found the forward to the left of the top of the key and he drained a three-pointer to push the lead back to 10. "He had a great game, unfortunately, he couldnt get 30 and 30," said Jennings, who added 15 points as the Bucks won for only the third time in 10 games. "We were on him because he didnt go for 30 and 30. But overall, he played great for us. Hes not the type of guy who gets a lot of plays run for him but he is a guy who is really active around the boards. He always seems to get the rebound. He has a nose for the ball." Deron Williams had 26 points to lead New Jersey, which lost for the ninth time in 10 games. "They really just outhustled us and outworked us today," Williams said. Lopez, who missed the Nets first 32 games with a broken right foot, finished with nine points and two rebounds in 22 minutes. "It felt good," Lopez said. "My arch was a little sore, but I think that was just the orthotic. It was just exciting to be out there playing with the guys." Anthony Morrow added 17 points for the Nets, who beat Chicago on Saturday to snap an eight-game losing streak. Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, who did not play in the Bucks loss to Orlando on Friday because of a coachs decision, came off the bench and added 12 points and eight rebounds. Carlos Delfino added 11 points, including three three-pointers in the second half -- two at the start and another late -- as Milwaukee beat New Jersey for the ninth straight time. The Bucks opened a 15-point lead early in the second half as Delfino hit consecutive three-pointers in a 10-2 spurt that also featured two free throws by Ilyasova and a jumper from Jennings. Milwaukee kept New Jersey at bay most of the second half until the Nets used an 11-2 spurt to close to 76-69. Ilyasova hit his big three-pointer and later converted a layup after Jennings hit a free throw following a technical foul on Kris Humphries. "We had a scouting report going in that he was going to crash the boards," Lopez said. "He averages three offensive rebounds a game, so we really missed our assignment. He crashed hard throughout the night and made some big shots for them." NOTES: Ilyasova is now one of three players in Bucks history with a 25/25 game. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar had 10, Nater had one. The last NBA player to go for at least 25/25 was Kevin Love, who had 31-31 against the Knicks on Nov. 12, 2010. ... SEATTLE -- In the back corner of the visiting clubhouse, Vernon Wells sat with his video player for much of Monday afternoon watching video of not what hes been doing wrong with the Los Angeles Angels this season, but what he did right last year in Toronto. Its all felt a little off lately for Wells, mired in the worst start of his career. "When youre getting pitches middle-in and they are jamming you or getting hanging breaking balls and missing them then something is wrong in there," Wells said. "I just sat in the corner over here and just watched video over and over again and find something that was different." Wells made a slight tweak during batting practice, then found the stroke the Angels hope quickly comes around more often. Wells hit the Angels first homer in a week with a solo shot in the third inning, then hit a tiebreaking two-run homer in the seventh to give Los Angeles a 6-3 win over the Seattle Mariners on Monday night. The slumping Angels, having dropped seven of eight, started their longest road trip of the season with a comeback victory capped by Wells power surge and the 22nd multihomer game of his career. Before Wells solo homer in the third, the Angels had gone 62 innings without a long ball and hit only one the entire month of June. "Hes not going to go out and hit two home runs every game, but coupled with a good game a few night ago and hitting the ball well yesterday, hopefully hes found his rhythm," Angels manager Mike Scioscia said. "He had some big hits tonight obviously, and hopefully he can start squaring some balls up." Wells began the night hitting just .189, a miserable start to his Angels career only accentuated by a month on the disabled list with a groin strain. What Wells saw when he watched video was that he stood more upright at the plate a year ago with Toronto when he hit .273 with 31 homers and 83 RBIs. He made an adjustment during batting practice then carried it into the game. No swing was bigger than his two-run shot in the seventh that gave the Angels a 5-3 lead. Los Angeles tied it earlier in the inning when Jeff Mathis slide knocked the ball free from Seattle catcher Miguel Olivo to tie the game at 3. Wells then drove a 2-1 pitch from Seattle starter Jason Vargas (4-4) out to deep left-centre. Asked if a game like Mondays can spark a hot streak, Wells said, "Sometimes." "Then sometimes you have a game like this and you go 0 for 30," Wells ccontinued.dddddddddddd "Its a matter of when you get pitches to hit not missing them, when youre struggling youre getting pitches to hit but youre fouling them off or popping them straight up." The Angels late rally started when Mathis doubled into the left field corner leading off the seventh, barely beating the throw to second by Carlos Peguero. He moved to third on Maicer Izturis groundout to first, but looked as if he was going to be cut down at the plate. Mathis broke for home on Torii Hunters grounder to Chone Figgins at third base, who immediately threw to the plate. The throw easily beat Mathis, but his hard slide into Olivo knocked the ball free and tied the game at 3. After Bobby Abreus fly out, Vargas made a mistake with a hanging curve ball for his 10th homer allowed this season, even though he should have been out of the inning. The late offensive surge made a winner out of Angels starter Dan Haren, who struggled to make it through six innings. Haren (6-4) allowed two earned runs in his previous 24 innings against the Mariners, only to give up his third on Monday night in the fifth inning when Brendan Ryans sacrifice fly scored Figgins with the go-ahead run. Haren allowed seven hits in his six innings, but didnt walk a batter and struck out seven. "Dan survived. He had to throw a lot of pitches to get to that point in the game," Scioscia said. "Early on he really didnt have his split working and made some mistakes with it. ... As the game wore on he got better, but 112 pitches through six innings is a lot for Dan and they made him earn every out." Rich Thompson mowed through the Mariners in the seventh. Scott Downs got out of the eighth with a strikeout of Olivo despite Seattle putting two runners on. Jordan Walden then pitched the ninth for his 15th save in 18 chances. Howie Kendrick had an RBI single in the first for the Angels and Abreu added an RBI single in the ninth.
